General
Revocation of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You can revoke your consent at any time. An informal notification by email to us is sufficient. The legality of data processing carried out before the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
Right to data portability
You have the right to receive the data that we process automatically based on your consent or in fulfillment of a contract, either for yourself or for a third party, in a commonly used, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done if technically feasible.
Please note that data transmission over the internet (e.g., when communicating via email) can have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
What data we collect about you
1.1 Information you provide to us
User account and personal profile: We collect personal data about you when you register with us, create or change your personal profile, or provide this data to us in any other way. For example, in your personal profile you enter your contact information and details about your knowledge and skills.
Information on the number of hours worked/received, the hourly rate of those hours, open and paid invoices, signed and pending contracts.
Contact form: If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your information from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided, will be stored by us for processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to its storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your inquiry has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular, retention periods – remain unaffected.
1.2 Server log files: The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. This information includes:
Browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request, IP address
This data will not be merged with other data sources.
1.3 Cookies
These websites sometimes use so-called cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our website more user-friendly, effective, and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called „session cookies.“ They are automatically deleted after your visit ends. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
You can configure your browser to notify you when cookies are set and to allow cookies only in individual cases, to accept cookies in certain cases or to generally reject them, and to automatically delete cookies when you close your browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.
Cookies that are necessary for carrying out electronic communication or for providing certain functions you have requested are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies to ensure the technically flawless and optimized provision of its services. Any other cookies (e.g., cookies for analyzing your browsing behavior) are addressed separately in this privacy policy.
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
How we use the collected data
Cleaning staff / employees
In addition to your profile picture, we collect the following data:
First name, last name, date of birth, social security card, address, postal code, city, email address, telephone/mobile number, education, experience and skills, available time, criminal record check, employer reviews, geodata during tracking, information that the terms and conditions have been accepted
To provide our services: We use information about you so that you can create a profile on our platform and enter into a contract with an employer. Not all of the data listed here is publicly visible; only the data displayed on your profile is. Other data, such as your criminal record check and social security card, is used to verify the identity of the employed cleaner and thus prevent misuse. For example, this prevents a cleaner from re-registering and creating a new profile after a negative review. Geodata collected in connection with an employment relationship is used exclusively for verifying the agreed-upon service (by checking the cleaner’s presence at the agreed-upon location during the agreed-upon time) between employer and employee.
Employers / Cleaners
In addition to your profile picture, we collect the following data:
First name, last name, date of birth, social security number, address, postal code, city, email address, telephone/mobile number, desired time/location, payment method, confirmation that the terms and conditions have been accepted
This data is needed for profiling and for contractual processing.
To whom and how we share the collected data
PersonalApp AG undertakes not to disclose any personal data exchanged on the platform to third parties, unless there is a legal obligation to do so.
PersonalApp AG processes personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection regulations and undertakes to transmit the data provided by the contractual partner regarding themselves or their employees (name, address, date of birth, social security number, marital status, type of residence permit, etc.) exclusively to social security institutions or other insurance companies in accordance with the agreed benefits, as well as to the cantonal tax authorities. By signing the contract with PersonalApp AG and by using the platform, the contractual partners agree to the processing of their personal data for the aforementioned purposes.
How we store and secure the collected data
We implement safeguards to protect your information; however, no security system is impenetrable, and due to the inherent nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee that data is absolutely secure from unauthorized access during its transmission across the internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our custody.
SSL or TLS encryption
All your data is transferred to the server using SSL encryption. Your data will remain on the server without your explicit request, allowing you to log in again later without having to register.
This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential information, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser’s address bar changes from „http://“ to „https://“ and by the lock symbol in your browser’s address bar.
When SSL or TLS encryption is enabled, the data you send to us cannot be read by third parties.
Should you wish to delete your data, please contact us at +41 44 558 88 88 or at kontakt@suber.ch. We will then delete it from our servers within 7 business days. It is possible that the data may remain in a backup or archive file.
