Every cleaner who wants to offer their services at SUUBER must be fully registered with SUUBER, present a valid criminal record extract and other identification documents. This means that every cleaner is 100% verified. At the same time, each cleaning lady may provide her own references.

You don’t have to wait for someone to respond to an advert, you can also take action yourself. You can invite a cleaner directly.

As a client, you have the right to rate your cleaner and thus help other clients. It is also possible to terminate existing contracts. If you have any problems, please contact us directly, because your satisfaction is our top priority.

The number of hours depends on your needs. However, we recommend a minimum of 2 hours per week.

Yes, of course you can discuss with your cleaning lady what should be observed in which rooms. However, as several households are visited, it makes sense to have a list of special instructions that is always visible.
