For cleaning staff who register with SUUBER other information and documents are required. We need these to ensure that you are fully insured and qualified. These documents include, among others, ...
- Criminal record extract
- Bank information
- Personal data, such as date of birth and ID
- Social security certificate
- Proof of work permit
All data containing confidential information will only be checked by us for authenticity and correctness. We will not pass on any of your confidential data to third parties.
You can upload your documents via the "Profile" tab. You can recognise which documents are still missing by the red marking.
The average hourly wage is around CHF 31. You can set your personal hourly wage in the "Working conditions" tab. There you can also set which work you offer and which you do not.
Initially, it is a good idea to complete a few trial jobs at a lower hourly rate. Once these have earned you a few good reviews, you can slowly increase the hourly rate. The advantage of this is that customers will trust you more easily and you will have already gained experience in processing a contract via SUUBER.
As your success depends largely on the quality of your profile, you should take enough time to create it. Be honest about your qualifications and experience.
Indicate which tasks you can do without any problems and which are still difficult for you.
Don't forget to state whether pets are OK for you to have on the customer's premises. As a cleaner, you are obviously not there to look after a pet or keep it occupied - but you should still keep an eye on the animals and not be afraid or allergic to them.
If something changes or your qualifications increase, you can continuously expand and change your profile. To do this, call up the "Profile" page again and adjust what you want to change.
Avoid spelling and grammatical errors in your profile. To make sure that there are no typos in your description, you can hire a copywriter. Of course, there are also free online tools that will correct at least minor errors or incorrect punctuation for you.
Another tip: Profile pictures should not have been taken on the beach. To appear serious and friendly, you should wear clean clothes that match your job description. The picture should show your full face and ideally be well exposed.
Photographers, as well as passport photos, usually reproduce the desired quality well and are really not expensive.
