How SUUBER works as an employer
Registration takes place via an online form. All you have to do is enter your name and e-mail address and set a password for your account. You will then be guided step by step through the registration process to complete your profile.
How can I give up a cleaning job?
In your profile, click on “Find a suitable cleaning lady now“. Next, select the cleaning services you require and enter a number of hours. Now enter your address details and specify the cleaning intervals and the start date of the job. Next, you can upload pictures of your household and enter details about children and pets. In the last step, you determine the net wage and receive a list of all fees.
Is registration free of charge?
Yes, registration is free of charge.
How can I arrange new appointments with my cleaning lady?
To make new appointments, you can customise an existing listing. Add new appointments via your account. Discuss the possible times in advance so that they can be confirmed.
How can I reschedule appointments?
In the “Appointments” section, you will find the jobs you have assigned under “Current”. Below each advert you will find the next appointment. You can move it by clicking on the blue button.

How high are SUUBER's service fees?
The SUUBER service fee is CHF 1.40 per hour.

How do I terminate the employment contract?
The employment relationship can be terminated at any time. To do this, select the “Finish Job” button.
How do I rate my cleaning lady?
As soon as a cleaning has been carried out, this appointment will appear in your list of previous appointments. There you have the option of awarding between one and five stars and also writing a short text.
What means of payment are available?
You can use your Visa or MasterCard credit card. Alternatively, a PostFinance payment is also possible.
How does the payment work?
Payment is made automatically via the credit card on file. However, this will only be charged if the cleaning has actually taken place.
Are there any cancellation fees?
There are no fees if you terminate a job.
Do I have to be at home during the cleaning?
No, this is generally not necessary if you leave or hand over the key. However, it makes sense to briefly discuss the details on site when cleaning for the first time.
Can I book cleanings for several addresses?
Yes, this is possible. Simply enter the relevant address for the respective order.
How many cleaning jobs can I advertise?
There is no limit to the number of jobs you can assign.
Is there a minimum duration per assignment?
The minimum duration for a cleaning unit is two hours. The travelling costs are too high for shorter periods.
Something was damaged during use, what do I have to do?
Please report any damage immediately to our customer service. Document this with photos. In addition, a receipt of a damaged item, if available, is helpful to determine the amount of damage.
What happens if my cleaning lady is ill or on holiday?
Since you as the client only work with one person, the relationship is suspended during this time. There are therefore no costs, but no cleaning takes place. However, you can employ another cleaner if cleaning is absolutely necessary.
Why do I have to sign a mandate?
The mandate is required so that SUUBER can take care of all formalities for you, such as registration.
